The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently approved the use of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for all children age 12 and older. ETHS District 202 have partnered with NorthShore University HealthSystem the vaccine clinic that will be held at ETHS Field House on Wednesday, June 2nd (first dose) and Wednesday, June 23rd (second dose).
Please review the following as it pertains to scheduling a vaccination appointment:
• Appointments will be scheduled between 3pm – 8pm
• Vaccinations are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
• Registrants must be able to attend both clinics (June 2 and June 23)
• Once successfully registered, you will receive an email confirmation with a QR code
