The Ford County Health Department of Illinois is having a vaccine clinic. We will be dispensing 50 shots of the first round of Moderna. On April 14 & 15 at the Ford County Health Department from 4-7:30 P.M.  

Please bring your paper copy or phone with your QR code, Drivers License or State ID, and mask. Please come 5 minutes early and plan to sit 15-30 minutes after vaccine is administered.
