The Ford County Health Department of Paxton, IL is having a 2nd dose of Moderna clinic at 4p.m.-7:30pm. 

This clinic is for individuals who have had the 1st Moderna shot and is needing the 2nd dose. Please bring your QR code printed or via phone/email, a drivers license or state id, and vaccination card. Arrive 5 minutes early and plan to stay 15-30 minutes after vaccination is administered.
