Please arrive promptly at your appointment time and no more than 5 minutes sooner.
Once you have successfully scheduled your appointment you will receive a confirmation and be able to print out a "ticket" for your appointment. Please print and bring your ticket with you to your appointment. If you are unable to print it, you will still be admitted. However, if you do not receive a confirmation email, you do not have a confirmed appointment and will be turned away.

Please bring a copy of your insurance card if possible and completed paperwork to expedite your wait. Consent form can be found on our website at maconcountyhealth.org. If you are unable to complete and print forms, they will be available onsite.

Please plan on spending 45minutes - 1hour for appointment time.

If you have a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees or are experiencing any symptoms or signs of illness, do not attend the clinic.

If you are pregnant or lactating, you will need a note from your doctor to be seen.
