The Tazewell County Health Department is conducting a drive thru clinic at the Tazewell County Health Department, 21306 IL Route 9, Tremont IL 61568.

No appointment is necessary. Pre-registration is recommended for convenience, but not required.

Johnson & Johnson will be offered on open clinic days between April 29 through May 9.

Johnson & Johnson is a one-dose vaccine, and is available to those ages 18 and up.

For those who received Pfizer first doses at the drive-thru on April 22 through April 25, the second doses will be available May 13 through May 16. We will also provide Pfizer first doses May 13 through May 16.

Pfizer vaccine is a two-dose vaccine, and is available to those ages 16 and up. A parent or legal guardian must be present to provide consent for anyone under the age of 18.
