Swedish Hospital will be holding a vaccine clinic in partnership with Senator Villivalam' s office at the Hayat Clinic in West Ridge (6350 N Maplewood Ave) on October 29th, 2022.

Both flu shots and COVID-19 vaccines will be offered.

The Pfizer vaccine will be available for people ages 6 months and up. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian and show proof of identification.

The first booster doses will be available to anyone ages 5 and up who received their second dose at least 6 months ago. Second boosters will be available to people ages 12 and up, four months after their first booster.

Please bring a photo ID and vaccination card if available.
