9/15/2022- ICNA Relief Community Vaccine Clinic-Pfizer; J&J
Swedish Hospital is holding a vaccine clinic in West Ridge at ICNA Relief on September 15th.
The Pfizer vaccine will be available for ages 6 month and up. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian and show proof of identification.
The J&J single dose vaccine is available for people ages 18 and up.
Please bring a photo ID and vaccination card if available.
