Swedish Hospital is holding a Covid-19 vaccine clinic at Galter Medical Pavilion on May 21st in conjunction with the Korean Health Fair.

The Pfizer vaccine will be available for people ages 5 and up. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian and show proof of identification.

The J&J single dose vaccine is available for people ages 18 and up.

Booster doses will be available to anyone who received their second dose 6+ months ago. A fourth dose will be available to people ages 50 and up, four months after their first booster.

Please bring a photo ID and vaccination card if available.
