Swedish Hospital is holding a vaccine clinic with Peterson & Pulaski Business & Industrial Council and the 39th Ward at Labelmaster in North Park on March 3rd 2022.

The Pfizer vaccine will be available for people ages 5 and up. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian and show proof of identification.

The J&J single dose vaccine is available for people ages 18 and up.

Booster doses will be available to anyone who received their second dose 6+ months ago.

Anyone ages 5 and up receiving their first or second dose is eligible for a $50 Visa gift card.

Please bring a photo ID and vaccination card if available.
