Swedish Hospital is partnering with the office of Alderman Samantha Nugent and the Peterson-Pulaski Business & Industrial Council to hold a vaccine event on January 14th 2022.

The Pfizer vaccine will be available for people ages 5 and up. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian and show proof of identification.

The J&J single dose vaccine is available for people ages 18 and up.

Booster doses will be available to anyone who received their second dose 6+ months ago.

Please bring a photo ID and vaccination card if available.
