Who Qualifies for a Moderna Booster Dose:
The CDC recommends anyone 18 years and older get a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose five months after receiving their second Moderna or five months of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, or two months after receiving the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
Nobody under the age of 18 will be allowed to receive the Moderna Booster Dose.
Your appointment is at the Will County Health Department, 501 Ella Ave, Joliet, IL 60433
-Arrive at your scheduled time, not before.
-Masks must be worn at all times.
-All individuals will be screened for symptoms and will be rescheduled if not well enough to receive vaccine at the time of their appointment.
-Please allow 30 minutes for your appointment.
-Make sure to wear a short sleeve shirt (we will be vaccinating the upper arm)
