This is a Johnson & Johnson single dose clinic.
It is for ages 18 and older. Nobody under the age of 18 will be allowed to receive the J&J vaccine at this event.

Arrive at your scheduled time, not before.
Masks must be worn at all times.
All individuals will be screened for symptoms and will be rescheduled if not well enough to receive vaccine at the time of their appointment.
Please allow 30 minutes for your appointment.
Make sure to wear a short sleeve shirt (we will be vaccinating the upper arm)
You will receive your Vaccination Card at your appointment. Pease keep this safe and secure, as it is your main proof of vaccination. You will need to bring it with you for your booster shots in the future.
Recipients of Johnson & Johnson Vaccine- Understand that although the chance of having this occur is remote, you should seek medical attention right away if you have any of the following symptoms after receiving J&J COVID-19 vaccine: shortness of breath, chest pain, leg swelling, easy bruising or tiny blood spots under the skin beyond the injection site, persistent abdominal pain, severe or persistent headaches, blurred vision.
