• Please book a separate appointment for each patient in your party. When booking, select no more than ONE vaccine from each vaccine category (flu and/or COVID-19).
• You may arrive anytime within the 3-4 hours between the start and end times of this event. Wait times are typically longer at the start of an event.
• No Government issued ID or insurance required.
• Please remember to bring the COVID-19 vaccination card you received from your medical provider
