• Please book a separate appointment for each patient in your party. When booking, select no more than ONE vaccine from each vaccine category (flu and/or COVID-19).
• You may arrive anytime within the 3-4 hours between the start and end times of this event. Wait times are typically longer at the start of an event.
• No Government issued ID or insurance required.
Vaccine EUA
Patient acknowledges that they are receiving a vaccination that is currently covered under Emergency Use Authorization, and has reviewed the Pfizer-BioNTech EUA or Janssen EUA provided by the FDA for the vaccine that they are receiving.
