Illinois Department of Human Services is hosting ongoing vaccination at our Ludeman Developmental Center Site. All those attending will be required to wear a mask and adhere to site screening protocols 

The event will be located in Building 64 – located near the front entrance. Park in front parking lot to left of entrance. Individuals will present to Building 64 Temperature Checkpoint and will be directed to Café area for Vaccine Clinic.

IDHS is offering the Moderna Vaccine which requires 2 doses. After scheduling your first dose, we encourage you to go back in and schedule your second dose using the same link. Your second dose should be scheduled on or around 28 days after your first vaccination.
