The Ford County Health Department in Paxton, IL is having a 2nd Dose Moderna late clinic from 4p.m.-7:30p.m. 

This is the 2nd vaccine of Moderna from April 14th. Please bring your QR code printed or via phone/email, a drivers license or state id, and vaccine card. Arrive 5 minutes early and plan to sit for 15-30 minutes after vaccine is administered.
