Eligible Participants: Anyone age 12 and up for Pfizer vaccine (age 18 and up for Moderna vaccine)
Location: Grossinger Motors Arena, 101 S Madison St, Bloomington, IL 61701
Enter from the front entrance on Madison Street (directly across from the Health Department)
Parking: Free parking is available at the Arena/Bloomington Ice Center parking ramp at the corner of Lee and Olive Streets
Your safety is our top concern when you visit the COVID-19 vaccine clinic at the Grossinger Motors Arena.
If you or a member of your party have mobility issues, please use the Bloomington Ice Center circle as a drop off location, which can be accessed on the south side of the Arena off of Olive Street. A team member will greet you at that door and direct you to the clinic.
Please wear a mask and maintain 6' of social distance while in the vaccination facility.
What to Bring: Ticket w/ QR Code; Driver’s license or State ID; Vaccination Card if this is your 2nd dose
Clothing: Wear shirt that can easily be rolled up to your shoulder, this is an intramuscular vaccine and the needle is inserted into your upper arm muscle
Cost: The vaccine is free, you will not to be billed but your insurance information will be collected because the CDC has stated that health care providers can bill insurance for the small vaccine administration fee
Time: Please allow at least 30-45-minutes for your time in the clinic (clinic processing + vaccination + 15-30 minute wait/observation after the vaccination)
