OVERVIEW:

This vaccination clinic will be held at the Clay County Health Department, located at 601 E. 12th Street in Flora, Illinois. Please do not come early to your appointment. Please bring your insurance. We may bill an administration fee to your insurance and that will be accepted as full payment. There will be no charge to the individual. You will be asked to stay for a minimum of 15 minutes of observation after you receive the vaccine. Please print your ticket and bring it with you to your appointment.

SCHEDULING:

This vaccination clinic is only for children ages 5 to 11. To schedule an appointment for a pediatric Pfizer vaccination, please select a time below from the calendar. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
