If you sign up for this FIRST DOSE Pfizer clinic, you must return for the 2nd dose clinic on JUNE 16 as DCHD does not currently receive the Pfizer vaccine on a regular basis and JUNE 16 may be the ONLY opportunity for you to receive the 2nd dose. If you under 18, your parent/guardian must also be at your appointment.
