Johnson & Johnson SINGLE DOSE appointments 2:00pm-3:00pm
The Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine has been approved for ages 18 and above
PFIZER 2ND DOSE for those that received 1ST DOSE on 03/25
The Pfizer vaccine has been approved for ages 16 and above - anyone 16 or 17 years old must have a parent or guardian with them to receive the Pfizer vaccine
Location: Brown Ballroom, Bone Student Center
What to Bring: Ticket w/ QR Code; Redbird Card / Illinois State University Campus ID Card; Vaccination card if this is your 2nd dose
Clothing: Wear shirt that can easily be rolled up to your shoulder, this is an intramuscular vaccine and the needle is inserted into your upper arm muscle
Time: Please allow at least 30-45-minutes for your time in the clinic (processing + vaccination + 15-30 minute wait/observation after the vaccination)
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to maintain appropriate physical distancing.
If you do not have a Redbird Card, students can visit the Redbird Card office just down the hall from the Bone Student Center before your vaccination appointment. The Redbird Card office can do a new card for students in minutes.
