Requirements:
1. Ages 18+ Only
2. To Receive 2nd Dose: 1st Dose 28 days prior to Second Dose
3. To Receive 3rd Dose: Immunocomprised inviduals ONLY
4. To Receive Booster Dose it MUST be 6 months from your 2nd dose
- 18 and older who meet the CDC criteria
You will be denied vaccination if you do not meet the requirements.
