Third Dose (Immunocompromised) Include cancer treatment, organ transplant, taking medicine to suppress the immune system, stem cell transplant, HIV, Moderate or severe primary immunodeficiency.

Booster (All eligible individuals 18 years and older. PFIZER ONLY 16-17 years old. Need to be at least 6 months after second dose for Moderna and Pfizer series, 2 months from J&J single dose.)

Parent/Legal Guardian is REQUIRED to accompany those under the age of 18 receiving the Pfizer vaccine.

Please wear a short sleeved-shirt if able.
