The Cook County Department of Public Health is hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Leeks and Sons Repass area located at 18400 Pulaski Rd, Country Club Hills, IL 60478 between the hours of 10am-6pm. We are offering all vaccines including boosters for Pfizer as well as the pediatric 5-11 doses.
