The Cook County Department of Public Health will be offering 1st and 2nd dose vaccinations at this event. We will have Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson and Johnson on hand. Please remember to bring your vaccination card if this is your 2nd vaccination. Print out your ticket with your QR code and bring that to the event as well.
