To receive the J& J vaccine, YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER.

Citizenship and/or U.S. residency not required or checked.

Wear a short sleeved shirt to ensure vaccine is easily administered.

Bring printed QR code or have QR code available on your phone
