All appointments will be at the Ambiance, 5225 Kochs Lane, Quincy for individuals completing their first two doses of Pfizer at least 6 months from their appointment.

Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment please. We will not utilize a radio call in, so please come in about 5 minutes before your appointment time.

If you received Moderna or J&J, there is not currently a booster dose available. If you completed Pfizer doses 1-2 before May 2021, you can elect a booster dose during Sept-Oct clinic schedule at the Ambiance. Parking Lot A (the west lot) is for individuals with an appointment time on the hour or 30 after the hour. Individuals having appointments at 15 or 45 minutes after the hour should park in Parking Lot B (the east lot). This will make your exit door closer to your original parking area. Please be aware that there will not be assistance in or out of the building available and if you have need for assistance, you are asked to bring someone with you to help you in and out. Flow in the building will be similar to clinics previously held at the Oakley Lindsey Center in the spring.

Booster doses are recommended for anyone 65+ years old as well as individuals 50-64 who are immunocompromised. Individuals 18-49 who are immuniocompromised may consider vaccine boosters, as well as anyone working in healthcare or congregate "high-risk" settings. This is a self-identification, and you will not be screened for eligibility.

You cannot self select to receive a Pfizer booster if you previously received Moderna or J&J. If you cannot remember what vaccine you received, please check with the Health Department first, or reference your vaccine card.

Booster doses are no different than original doses of vaccine. You do not have to attend these clinics to receive a Pfizer Booster, which is widely available at many healthcare providers. If you are unable to attend the clinic on dates offered, please contact your doctor for additional opportunities. ACHD will offer boosters at the Ambiance while demand is high enough that it cannot be offered in our Health Department building. Once that demand tapers, we will continue to offer booster doses on a walk in bases at ACHD. This availability will be announced at a later date.
