This is an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine to be given at the Southern 7 Health Department's Union County clinic office (260 Lick Creek Rd.) in Anna, IL. Must be 18 years old or older and either a resident of Illinois or have proof of employment in the state of Illinois.
