The walk up at CSU is administering the Pfizer vaccine, which requires a series of two vaccination doses spaced 21 days apart. You will be automatically scheduled to receive your second dose at the same location 21 days after your first dose. Please ensure you will be available for your second dose appointment when making your selection for your first dose date and time.
