• Please book a separate appointment for each patient in your party. When booking, select no more than ONE vaccine from each vaccine category (flu and/or COVID-19).
• You may arrive anytime within the 3-4 hours between the start and end times of this event. Wait times are typically longer at the start of an event.
• No government issued ID is required. Insurance will be requested. However, uninsured persons will be served free of charge. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian with them to sign consent.
