Kane County Health Department COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

The Kane County COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic offers all three vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, and Novavax), as well as boosters.

Due to high demand, these vaccinations will be provided by appointment only. NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED

For all appointments, please ensure you have a completed consent form with you at the time of your appointment to decrease wait time once on site. Consent forms are available for print on KaneVax.org. Please bring your vaccine card. If a replacement is required, you may obtain one on-site.
