The Chicago Laborers’ District Council • IBEW Local 134 • Pipefitters Local 597 are pleased to announce registration for our exclusive COVID-19 vaccine sites is now open.
At this time, our sites are exclusively for UNION MEMBERS OF THE CHICAGO LABORERS’ DISTRICT COUNCIL, IBEW LOCAL 134 AND PIPEFITTERS LOCAL 597 and may be opened to spouses and dependents at a later date. You must provide your Local Union number, Union membership number and insurance information to register. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment you must present proof of Union membership, a photo ID and your ticket with your QR registration code. If you are not able to present proof of your Union membership and photo ID, you will not be allowed into the vaccination site.
