The following vaccines will be offered at this clinic:
• J&J – Single dose and booster dose (Ages 18+)
• Pfizer – 1st or 2nd dose (Ages 12+)
• Pfizer – Booster dose (Ages 18+)
• Moderna – 1st or 2nd dose (Age 18+)
• Moderna – Booster dose (Age 18+)

You are NOT Eligible to receive a vaccine at this clinic if you:
--Received convalescent plasma or antibody therapy in the last 90 days
--Have had a severe reaction to a vaccine (anaphylaxis)
