COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic - Skokie Health and Human Services Department

To be considered up-to-date for the age group 6mo - 5yo, the primary 2-dose series must be completed.

Fully Vaccinated AND Up to Date: 2 weeks after final dose in primary series, since a booster is not recommended at this time for any children or teens who have completed the Moderna COVID-19 primary series.

Primary Series: Second dose is administered 28 days after first dose.

Appointments for the following month will open the last week of the current month.
