Before you schedule your second dose, ensure you have waited the appropriate amount of time (see your record card). If appointment times are unavailable, please wait until additional time slots become available. If you come too early, you CANNOT get your second dose.
Wear a short sleeved shirt to ensure vaccine is easily administered.

Due to limited doses, once registration is full, we cannot accept additional appointments.
Review the Frequently Asked Questions and EUA for the Moderna vaccine or the Pfizer vaccine

If you have any questions, please email the covid19@dekalbcounty.org email address in advance so that we may be able to address any specific questions prior to your appointment. This will also help alleviate wait times.
Sign-up for an appointment time slot. Expect that there will still be a wait time. It is very important to attend during your allotted appointment time. If you signed up for 130pm, please arrive at 130pm.
